I have amnesty applied to my new account as a result of hard times several years back, and I left without paying my outstanding bill. Now I am back and have a steady income but was told that I cannot add more services like Digital home and Higher Speeds (I-200) and even Tivo. Is that true? and when can I add these services for my family to use?
Customers receiving Amnesty are limited to Internet service, Phone service, and/or Local TV with up to 1 eBox. Other services can be added after your bill has been paid on time for six consecutive months.
