Why no answer mediacom? Still cannot get into my account. If you call technical support you get a foreign person that you can't understand and they look through a book for what to do. They know nothing.
Surfbroadband fiber will be at my address this spring and finally free of mediacom. Fiber 1gig up and 1gig down 85 bucks and no data caps compared to mediacom 140 bucks still with caps on data and slow upload speeds.
