I am trying to create my Mediacom ID using my email, but I am not getting the verification email sent to me. Can you advise?

Be sure to check your spam folder in your email. In most cases, if the email is not received, it most likely has landed in the spam folder.

My account says not verified when I created it even though I got the code sent to my phone and put it in. I then tried to login and it won't let me says account not verified and it won't allow me to try to verify it again.

I cannot access my account until I verify email and since it went to spam, it now does not give me a link to click on to verify. How do I verify it?
