Trying to activate devices for showtime anytime and am sent to a screen with an activation code but the error message reads “ the primary account holder needs to confirm before activation.” What? How do we jump this hurdle?

Hello Terri. Your Mediacom account has a "Primary" Mediacom ID and "User" accounts. You must use the primary account to set up or "confirm" access. On your account dashboard at www.mediacomcable.com, go to "Mediacom ID Management" to view your account's "Primary" ID.
