Hello Joe. When you register for autopay or make changes to your payment profile, it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for autopay to go into effect. To avoid late charges or interruption in service, we recommend that you make a one-time payment for any charges currently due. If you need assistance with your billing, please text us at 66554.
