I keep getting an error message that I can't remove my card that is expiring. It keeps saying I can't delete because "Payment account is associated to 1 auto/scheduled payments and cannot be deleted".. I have temporarily disabled Auto-Pay but it still gives me that message. And when I try to add my new CC, it says invalid form data. Is there an issue with the website that it is not letting me update my CC?

Hello FrankD1, and thank you for posting. To have this further investigated I would recommend texting 66554 to speak with one of our representatives. If you are not already receiving text notices from Mediacom, text "Join” to 66554 to register. Once the phone number has been verified and registered for your account, our agents will be able to investigate everything in full regarding this account error.
