Hello na, and thank you for posting. You can disable your auto-pay feature by logging into the MediacomConnect MobileCare App. You can find the auto-pay feature under the "Billing" option when logging into the App.

You can also disable the Auto-pay via the online support site, Login and go to the PAY BILL tab then click 'Disable Auto-pay' on the payment method you have set up as shown here in this example:
