You can quickly transfer shows from one TiVo DVR to another using TiVo Online.
This feature is available on:
- Any TiVo DVR using the new TiVo experience
- Any TiVo Mini (connected to a TiVo DVR using the unique TiVo experience)
To transfer shows to another TiVo box:
- Sign in to online.tivo.com using your TiVo.com username and password.
- Click 'Manage.'
- Click 'Transfer Recordings.'
- On the left side of the screen, use the drop-down menu to choose the TiVo box from which you want to transfer recordings.
- Select the recordings to transfer.
- On the right side of the screen, use the drop-down menu to choose the TiVo box you'd like to receive the recordings.
- Click "Transfer."
