I am having issues with the zip code not being accepted when trying to reset my Tivo to default. When I booted up the Tivo it went to the reset portion. Any ideas why it would not accept any zipcodes? I have tried everything avail within my county.

Without going into specifics:-
Your specific zip code may not be necessarily accepted because it's not the same zip as the Mediacom headend or due to outdated Data/Firmware with the box. In any case, it may require a Tech visit to swap it out. Text us at #66554, and we can schedule one for you.
