Door Lock stuck :- Digital Home

I cannot seem to get my door lock to respond. I have to manually lock/unlock. What do I do?

Sounds like you may need to reset the Door Lock. Try these steps:-

  • Press the Program button for 5 seconds, then press the A button for 5 seconds
  • Press and hold the Program button while reinserting the battery pack, holding
    button for 30 seconds until the lock beeps and the status LED flashes red
  • Press the Program button momentarily
  • After several seconds, the status LED will flash red and green several times.
