Thank you for contacting us. Most Docsis 3.0 modems will still work with service packages including the 100 Mbps service. Most of our systems have been upgraded to Docsis 3.1 compliancy and with the proper devices, should provide improved connectivity and internet service. As manufacturers drop support of the older D3.0 modems, they will no longer work with our system.
