Download speeds / ping fine, but upload speeds stalling at 0.1mbps~?

So as of about three days ago, I've been having intermittent issues with upload speeds going to crap. Sometimes it's thirty minutes, other times it's hours. Download speeds are fine and hitting about 400~ as per normal, but during these issues I'm stay at a solid 0.1-0.2 upload. My ping in games and everything is fine, but running into issues loading webpages, discord. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello TrueEvil666. Please check the coax cable connections at the back of your modem and the wall outlet to ensure they are secure. I recommend unscrewing and reconnecting each end and then power cycle the modem by removing the power cord for about 30 seconds. When the modem is back online, test the connection http://speedtest.mediacomtoday.com/.  Please let me know the results.

Alright, just unscrewed and reconnected everything and performed probably my 30th powercycle this week and the results are 563.8 down and 0.07 up.

Do you happen to have a different modem that you can test with?

I just warrantied out my modem and called support for setup and am still experiencing the same issue, so hopefully third time is the charm and the technician appointment tomorrow will be able to solve this issue, but honestly I am losing hope on a situation that is costing $130 a month that will likely cost me my job if these upload speeds continue.

No luck on addressing the issue during the appointment today, even performed a clean install on my computer to verify it isn't something on my device, but this is the fresh set of errors from my modem today.
