Ethernet drops daily after 12 pm

I work from home and have to use a VPN and every single day Monday through Friday after 12 pm I will get a frozen vdi or I will get kicked out of it all together multiple times till I clock out at 3 pm. I have had my employer IT people look at this multiple times and nothing helps on their end. Then on my home computer the internet will drop as well randomly when i have a direct connection with it via ethernet a well not at the same time as my work computer since it is a modem. Here is my setup:

motorola mb8611 docsis 3.1 modem

1 Gbps download speed and 50 mbps is what I am paying for. I have one coax cable from the modem directly connected to the orange drop cable outside. 

KabelDirekt CL3 rated 50 ft coax cable

I am using a Cat 8 Ethernet Nylon Braided High Speed Heavy Duty 40Gbps 2000Mhz SFTP RJ45 flat cable between the modem and my work desktop.

Here are the channels with the ethernet cable directly to my home computer since i can't pull up the modem on my work computer no other devices. 

I notice that channel 17 has a lot of corrected and I am not sure what the frequency level should be, but the power and snr are within 3dbs of each other.

also, event log has a lot of t3 time outs and dynamic range window violation,  rng-rsp ccap commanded power exceeds value corresponding to the top of the drw, received response to broadcast Maintenace request but no unicast maintenance opportunities received t4 time out on sept 1st, 2nd, 5th and 8th.

If signal is lowering during the day and the connection is being lost due to the intermittent signal then a service call will ultimately be required. To set up a service call appointment, please send us an SMS text or log into our App.

Just to chime in here - I've been noticing similar issues myself... not necessarily after 12pm, just random throughout the day I'll completely lose my internet for a minute or so. It just happened to me about 10-15 minutes ago today. I also work from home regularly and I notice my vpn connection suddenly go offline, which is how I can quickly recognize it, and it takes a minute or two before I can access it again. I have tried rebooting my router before, not recently though. I can verify the vpn system on the other side is not acting up, because I manage and support that system for my office.

So, here is an update on my issue even after replacing the coax cable and making sure the f connections were tight with a wrench.
