Internet/Cable has been out in Mobile, AL since shortly after lunch. Every few hours, I see an updated time. Each of those times passes by and the wait gets longer & longer. Those with AT&T and other cable companies don't seem to be affected. Once again, only Mediacom. Now, the update is something like 2:30 am. I've driven everywhere near our outage area and haven't seen one MediaCom vehicle. ☹️
Hello Bamaluver. I apologize for any interruptions. We did experience issues yesterday due to commercial power related outages following the storms that rolled through the area. Our repair estimates in these type of losses are tied to expectations set for power restorations. I understand this can be frustrating and I assure you our technical staff works to resolve any problems related to our plant as quickly as possible.
