I checked my data usage today and it says I have used 0 with 20 days left. I obviously know I have used some. Is there an issue with the data usage meter on the app?

Hello FrankD. I checked other modems near you, and data usage is being reported. I suggest rebooting your modem by disconnecting the power cord and coax cable for about a minute. Usage reporting should then resume within 24 hours. If it does not, I suggest testing with a Docsis 3.1 modem that Mediacom supports. If you do not have Docsis 3.1 modem on hand, I can ship one to you. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you-

So just how long does it take for the mobile app. to show data usage updates? It surely cannot be "real-time" since I can only see my data usage has changed the NEXT day...

I am assuming but I would give it maybe 1-2 days, definitely not real-time
