I checked my data usage today and it says I have used 0 with 20 days left.  I obviously know I have used some.  Is there an issue with the data usage meter on the app?

Hello FrankD. I checked other modems near you, and data usage is being reported. I suggest rebooting your modem by disconnecting the power cord and coax cable for about a minute.  Usage reporting should then resume within 24 hours. If it does not, I suggest testing with a Docsis 3.1 modem that Mediacom supports. If you do not have Docsis 3.1 modem on hand, I can ship one to you. Please let me know if you have any questions. So just how long does it take for the mobile app. to show data usage updates?  It surely cannot be "real-time" since I can only see my data usage has changed the NEXT day...

I am assuming but I would give it maybe 1-2 days, definitely not real-time
