Last Monday two techs came out. Literally replaced every piece of equipment and even the cables. My internet drops several times a day. I am fed up! I want this fixed and I do NOT want the same guys to come out!

We had problems like this in the past. One time, a squirrel had chewed the wire from the pole to the house. The other time, the inside cabling had disintegrated. I won't bore you with what we had to go through to get this fixed or how long it took.
