on monday morning my internet started going down every couple mins for about a min or 2 at a time. after some resetting of equipment and using the app troubleshooter to send new signals it stopped going down. it is now stable but i am supposed to be getting 200 down but i am only getting around 80 down. after resetting the modem as soon as it comes up i get around 260 down but only the first few secs of the reset then it goes down to 60-80 again.
I have looked at the event logs after looking online at some of these codes seems maybe signal power or filter/cable issue?

Hello Joelww. The modem that you are using, the Surfboard 6190, is not supported on our network. I recommend that you upgrade your modem to one that is included on this list, or a rental modem from Mediacom.
