I may be having Geolocation issues, as a specific gambling website is not letting me in. I live in IA and my Ip address is showing that I live in NJ. Any ideas?

Geolocation can be fixed on your IP with an internal ticket. Just give them a ring

What is Geolocation?
Geolocation is the logical pairing of an IP address to a geographical location.
How does it work?
3rd party Geolocation providers keep databases with which IP Scopes are located where. They are provided this information by Internet Service Providers and other major Geolocation providers.
Who are the major Geolocation Providers?
How does Mediacom do Geolocation?
Mediacom has paired exclusively with MaxMind as our Geolocation provider. Any time we change an IP Scope, they update their database within two weeks.
What to do when it goes wrong?
Check with, MaxMind.
Get the Public IP address
Go to https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip2-precision-demo and put in the IP address.
*****If MaxMind shows it accurately, check other the other 3rd party Geolocation providers listed above******
Go to https://www.iplocation.net/ for example, and put in the IP address.
If a provider shows incorrect information, the customer must contact that provider. Usually, there is a form on the website for a correction.

I have the exact same issue. Out of nowhere my IP changed and now says i'm in Alabama, but I'm actually in Iowa. Contacted support and was given a run around about well your modem gets the IP via DHCP and there is nothing we can do about it, blah, blah, blah. I was told to just submit a request to MaxMind and wait....
