By reporting them through these methods we can more accurately and quickly identify the issues in order to resolve them.

My internet was going in and out all day on Thursday. Since Friday I have had no internet. I keep checking the website and the service advisory is always saying service should be restored with an ETA of 2-6 hours. Every time I approach the designated time, either it still says the same estimate or they make a new ETA. It seems Mediacom had no real idea what is causing the outage or when service will be restored.Does anybody have any information on the Valley Center outage?
