Our technicians are actively aware of the issues affecting our customers trying to use the PlayStation Network(PSN) and are continuing to investigate this matter. The following steps may resolve this for you:
For PlayStation 5 users, make sure the controller is plugged in with the USB cable to the console. Hold down the power button for 7 seconds, after the 2nd beep, you will see a screen with the option to clear cache. Select Clear Cache.
For PlayStation 4 users, fully shut down the power (do not put in rest mode), and unplug the console for 30 seconds. Plug back in and power on.
