T3 timeouts and shaky connections

I have been having problems with the service since I signed up 3 years ago. Have had techs out here too many times to count. Line was replace in the house from the ground block and had a new RG11 drop buried. Still having problems and need to talk to someone on the Head-end. "Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out" is happening daily, along with T4 errors as well. We rely on our connection, and it has been anything else than reliable. Some help here, please...

Hello blisard.  I apologize for any issues you have experienced with the service.  To address concerns related to your services, please contact our customer support group via SMS text messaging at 66554.  If you have not previously activated this, simply send the JOIN and our system will authenticate the account, provide trouble shooting options and if needed, connect you with a representative for additional support.
