Hello Joe. You can reset your voicemail PIN using the customer portal at www.mediacomcable.com/voice or your phone handset. To reset your voicemail PIN with your handset, follow these steps:
Dial *98 or your own number, including the area code, and press (*) when you hear the standard system greeting.
Select Personal Options (press 3)
Select Change Passcode (press 4) from the voicemail systems main menu.
Your voicemail passcode can be any combination of numbers, cannot contain a pound (#) or a star (*), and must be between four and ten digits in length. Your voicemail passcode cannot be the last four digits of your phone number.
@dear_m33k0h You can change your voicemail pin like they said by going to www.mediacomcable.com/voice. Click "View Account Settings" and then "Change Voicemail PIN".
