Unable to connect to my work's Cisco AnyConnect VPN on home network (Mediacom)

I am unable to connect to my work's Cisco AnyConnect VPN on my home network (Mediacom), but I'm able to connect on my phone's hotspot. This tells me it's an issue with my Mediacom internet, any ideas on a setting I'd have to turn off/on?
