I'm not receiving emails from certain senders. I know that I've been sent the email but I've never received. I also have NOTHING in my junk folder ever. That's not possible. Does anyone have an idea for a fix?

Make sure you are directly logging into Mediacom's webmail website https://webmail.mediacombb.net/.
From there, you can click on preferences.
1) Make sure you don't have any unwarranted filters setup
2) You can also add the sender's e-mail to a trusted addresses list

Yes, I log into the correct site. I don't have any filters on at all. As far as adding the emails as a trusted sender they are random messages from confirmations etc so I don't know their addresses until I received the message.

I recommend contacting support to submit a "Tier 2" ticket. Be prepared to provide the sender's email address and the date and time of the last attempt to email you.
