How do i add my phone number to my account

Hello SBJ. To modify or change private account details such as a phone# login using your Mediacom ID and go to your Contact preferences on your account preferences page found HERE.

It's saying for security reasons. I cannot get into my account with all security verification and I don't have the phone number that's listed.

Hello and I apologize for any issues you may be experiencing updating the phone number on the account.  For security reasons, you will need to contact our customer service department by calling 855-633-4226 and complete verification steps.  Once this is done, our representative will update with this new information.
