I did not receive a password reset link nor a 2FA code text message on my Mobile Phone. What is going on?

Hello SpeedGod. There are a few things that may be happening. First, if you have not registered your number for SMS with us or requested to "stop" SMS, the two-factor authentication message will not be successful. In this case, texting "Join" to 66554 will register or restore SMS messaging to your number.

Second, you may have blocked the number. For this circumstance, here are the steps you can take to unblock a number.

Unblock a number on the Android phone

  1. Open your Phone texting app.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Blocked numbers.
  5. Next to the number you want to unblock, tap Clear.
  6. Unblock.

Unblock a number on iPhone

  1. Click the Settings icon.
  2. Please scroll down to the phone, and tap it.
  3. Scroll down to Blocked Contacts, and tap that field. You'll see a list of all contacts you've blocked.
  4. Swipe left on a contact to unblock it.
  5. To unblock multiple contacts, tap Edit (in the screen's upper right-hand corner) and the red circle to remove the number from your Blocked Contacts list.

How do you see what numbers you have blocked?

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Phone
  3. Tap on Blocked Contacts to see the list
