I want to be able to unlock the full functionality of my account preferences and set up. The site instructs me to enter my PIN Numbr from the bill, but I do not have a PIN Number on the bill, in the top right corner. Please advise on how I can get a PIN Number assigned to my account.
Hello LindaPotts. I apologize for any confusion. Looking at your statement, please flip the statement over as the PIN will be on the first page of the statement in the upper right corner. If you are viewing the itemized services on the 2nd page the PIN will not be shown in that corner.
