I urge you to check your spam folder and mark the email from Mediacom as safe or modify any filters you may have set to allow you to receive and view that verification email in your inbox. Do keep us posted!
My account says not verified when I created it even though I got the code sent to my phone and put it in. I then tried to login and it won't let me says account not verified and it won't allow me to try to verify it again.
