Put Your Service On Seasonal/Vacation Hold

Are you and your family planning to be gone for an extended period of time? Find out how to temporarily put your services on hold without having to fully disconnect your account. Please call us anytime at 855-633-4226 or text us at 66554 to learn more!

You’ll have to meet these requirements to place your service on hold

  • Account must be current
  • Seven-day advanced notice required
  • Available for a one-time use within any 12-month period, for a minimum of 2 months, and a maximum of 6 months

Additional details

  • The seasonal program is only available for customers who are NOT home during the seasonal time period since we suspend services.
  • Changes to services are not allowed while on the seasonal plan.download.jfif
