The charming town of Atwood, Illinois, is gearing up for its 30th Anniversary Apple Dumpling Festival! This beloved event promises a delightful blend of community spirit, delicious treats, and lively entertainment. Whether you're a local or a visitor, mark your calendar for August 16th and 17th to join the festivities. 

Where to Go:

• Location: Downtown Atwood, Illinois
• Parade Lineup: Magnolia Street (lineup starts at 12:30 p.m.)
• Directions: Turn into Atwood from Rt. 36, proceed to Cedar Street. The Atwood Christian Church (corner of Main & Cedar Street) marks the spot. Turn west (left), go one block, then turn north (right) on Illinois and proceed to Magnolia. You’ll find the parade area right in front of you.

Admission:

• Festival admission is free! However, some activities may have a small charge.
