Ragbrai Route 2024-GlenwoodGet your helmets out and your biking shorts washed because Ragbrai is almost here! As promised, I have the some highlights of events ready for you for Rabgrai ready to go! The opening ceremonies are set to kick off in Glenwood IA on Saturday July 20th  at 12pm. This will be Glenwood's 8th time as the starting point for the event since it's inception.  There will be food vendors, local music throughout the day, a local vendor and business expo, and Billy McGuigan will be performing for the opening ceremonies! You can also visit local shops and take scenic or historical tours of places like Loess Hills! 

After a full day of festivities, informational meetings, and prep work, the ride will start bright and early between 6 and 8am on July21st so riders can make their way to the first over night stop, and our next town to highlight, Red Oak!
