Email issue

I'm not receiving a confirmation email from the Edinburgh, Scotland airport.  They've attempted to send the email 3 times and I didn't receive it nor is it in the junk folder.  I had the email sent to two other email addresses (Outlook and gmail) and I received it.  I then attempted to forward the email to my Mediacom email and again, I didn't receive it and it's not in the junk folder.  I use mail1.mediacombb.net to access my email.  I don't have any filters set on my email.  The email is being sent from noreply@bookings.airportx.com which is powered by Airportx.  Is Mediacom blocking this other email system?  Mediacom, apparently isn't blocking emails from Scotland as I received another email from the airport that was delivered by Zendesk. Is there some setting in Mediacom email that I need to change or what can be done to solve this issue?  I want to be able to rely on my Mediacom email when I travel to Scotland in the near future.

Hello Idleone, and thank you for reaching out to us. I see that you are using a 3rd party client to receive your Mediacom emails. Have you logged into the webmail client to see if the email you are looking for is there? You can log into your email from https://mail1.mediacombb.net/. If you have further questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for that information. I was just verifying that the webmail had been checked. I would recommend emailing totalcare@mediacomcc.com with the Mediacom email address being affected, the email address you are unable to receive from, and when those emails were attempted to be sent to you. With that information, we will be able to open a ticket to further investigate your issue. Thank you.
