If a camera was set to always record but didnt, is there a remedy? Meaning, is there a way to get the lost footage? For some reason this one particular camera failed to record an incident and I need help retrieving it. Any help?

For any particular camera to record, it must have “rules” to trigger a recording. The camera would then capture, email, or store in the cloud if one were set up. But unfortunately, a camera does not record 24X7 unless you add a memory card to the camera (Available at most Big box stores or Online). We would be unable to retrieve the video/footage if the camera did not record. Any recordings can be found on the website under Video on the left and Saved video clips on the top. I hope this helps.
