I have already gone through two modems supplied by Mediacom. My issue is that my modem seems to reboot or have to reconnect to the internet randomly at least 2-3 times an hour. Any possible solutions?

I apologize for any problems you may be experiencing. if you have not done so yet, I would suggest a full power cycle of the modem removing both the cable and power from the back for 1-2 minutes. While disconnected, please check the cable jumper all the way to the wall outlet ensuring all connections are tight and no damage is noticeable. Reattach this first and then restore power.
