My internet has been out for several hours. I tried to report an outage, but there isn’t any way to do that. I called in to Mediacom, and they have a pre-recorded message saying that due to the cold and severe weather, there have been “intermittent outages” with the internet. This is not “intermittent”. I’ve logged onto Mediacom’s website, and they claim there is no outage in my area.

My internet is down as well due to “cold temperatures”. I just want to know why the expected resolution time is 3 days from now.

Same here in Leclaire Iowa went out yesterday around 6pm didn’t get restored until 12 noon the following day and now back out again 5:45 pm today. Both times it went out I was working no way of working now and on the verge of losing my job. They won’t update with a time to be back online because their not out trying to restore
