Internet Outages

Internet outages have occurred at least ten times daily for the past week and our cable becomes "stuck" at the same time.  I know it's not just mine, as our neighbors have complained about the same problem on our Neighborhood FB page.  Most of the neighbors have called in only to be told "there are no outages in the area".  Well, obviously there are.

Hello Bamaluver. I apologize for the issue you are having. Sun Outages are impacting satellite signals and causing cable TV interruptions from October 2nd - October 9th, between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST. If you are experiencing problems outside of those hours and are also experiencing problems with the internet, I suggest arranging a service appointment.
