I live in Eldorado Illinois. My husband works from home and his work computer has not been able to stay connected to the internet. His employer his starting to talk about firing him because of this. He has not been able to work!!! You sent a technician out this morning and they replaced the modem. DID nothing for the connectivity. His employer ran a scan where they sent pings to mediacom and more than1/3 was not returned. The internet is unstable. WE called again. No availability for assistance. No answers. If he can't work because your internet isn't stating connected. Theresa HUGE legal issue here. We have the scans showing there is a disconnect on YOUR end. This needs to be fixed immediately. We need help NOW. Or do we need to escalate this to the state AG?
