Since your speed tests come back good, it is unlikely to be an immediate problem within our immediate network. You may be able to find more insight by using a traceroute or ping test to the affected services' servers in order to determine where the problem is. If you can identify the problem on our network or a 3rd party network we can attempt to report it on your behalf.
