How long does it take to repair a node? We have had intermittent loss of services at random parts of the day for going on a month now. We’ve reached out to get information, but all we get is a “we’re working on it, don’t know how long”. But how long would it take to send a message to tell me that there is a known issue and they’re working on it, instead of me having to go on a fact finding mission to learn we have no clue how long we’ll be paying for inconsistent internet.
