Not receiving emails but can send

As of 10 am this morning 8/17/2023, I have not received any emails in my Mediacom email account . I have sent emails and the recipients have received it. I tried sending an email through my iPhone and it shows send with no error messages but have not received it. I logged out and back in , same result

Hello rdelshad. We are currently investigating some reported email issues as of this morning. No new examples are needed and we hope to have this resolved ASAP.
