I am unable to connect to my work's Cisco AnyConnect VPN on my home network (Mediacom), but I'm able to connect on my phone's hotspot. This tells me it's an issue with my Mediacom internet, any ideas on a setting I'd have to turn off/on?

What happens when you try to connect? Are you getting an error message?

yes, I get an error message saying: "Could not connect to server. Please verify Internet connectivity and server address."
Like I said though, I have no issues when I connect via my phones hotspot

I would suggest to power cycle your modem & router then re-try.
If the VPN is the only application you're having with, I would ask your helpdesk or IT staff to see what might be causing the issue.

this did not work, I have already spoken with my IT department and they didn't seem to know what was causing the issue.
