Hello Boomer647. I apologize for the issue you are having. If there are no bulletins or outages posted in the Mediacom Mobile Care app, there are some troubleshooting steps I suggest completing. First, power cycle your modem and cable boxes by unplugging the power cord for one minute. Second, when the internet is back online, go to your TV and press the Tivo button on the remote, then Settings > Network Settings > TiVo Service Connection. Complete the connection to Tivo twice.
