I usually unplug the power to my modem/router, then all my TiVos.
Once everything is powered down for at least 30-seconds, I then power back on the modem/router. Once I can confirm my internet is back up and working, I power on all my TiVos. This usually gets all my services going again.
If you still have problems after all that troubleshooting, my recommendation would be to reach out to Mediacom to schedule a service technician for repairs.
