we've had this new ip box for about 3 weeks. from day one it has to be power cycled to load video. interface will load, but the loading video circle or sign in circle comes and and stays on. the box is less than 4 foot from the modem. other tv is a vizo is in another room about 15 foot away and works fine when this is happening. all other wifi devices work as well.
sometimes it happens first thing in the morning and won't happen again until a day or two after power cycled, sometimes it while watching tv, sometimes it's two or three times a day.
