AMNESTY GUIDELINES

¨ Debts of $100 or less with no unreturned equipment, that are greater than 90 days to 2 years old, can be waived upon reactivation.

¨ Debts of $100 or less with unreturned equipment, that are greater than 90 days to 2 years old, we can accept payment for 50% of the total debt owed in order to reactivate services.

¨ Customers may qualify for Amnesty only once per the lifetime of the account.

Connect 2 Compete (C2C or C2C+) Program

The National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) and its cable providers have formed a major initiative to promote education and broadband adoption by making low-cost Internet service available to millions of K-12 students who do not currently have broadband in their homes.

C2C - Who is eligible?

Mediacom offers internet service in your community or area.
You have at least one student in grades K-12 living at home.
At least one child qualifies for free or reduced-price school lunch through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
You are not a current Mediacom Internet customer and have NOT subscribed to our Internet service in the past 90 days.
You do not have an outstanding Mediacom bill or unreturned equipment

C2C+ - Who is eligible?

Mediacom offers internet service in your community or area.

You have at least one student in grades K-12 living at home.
At least one child qualifies for free or reduced-price school lunch through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
If a customer qualifies for ACP, that auto qualifies them for C2C+ regardless of the qualifiers for C2C.
