- Your residence is serviceable by Mediacom Xtream Internet
- You do not have any outstanding Mediacom balances
- You, or someone in your household, participates in one of the following programs listed below
Qualifying Programs

- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
