Cable still needs to be buried.

Need it buried so I can mow the grass. I keep having to move it around. My neighbor is having to do it too as it is on his property too. It’s been little over a month now.

Good afternoon, @RubyD1. The HFC Supervisor informed me that a system extension has to be built before the cable drops to the home can be buried. I have requested information from the Construction Supervisor regarding when the project will be completed, and I hope to have more information for you soon.  Thank you- Sean
