Credit for repeated outages over the past 3 weeks

We've had at least 10 planned and unplanned outages lasting hours each time over the past three weeks.  A csr said my account would be credited (last week), but I don't see a credit on my account.  When will this post and how much will the credit be?  Working from home used to be great.....

Credits usually show up on my account in one or two business days, and they are noted in my monthly statement. If there are any errors, I contact customer service.
