Quick Hint:-
All Mediacom gateways (wifi + modem combo) come from the factory, with IPSEC disabled by default. I would recommend that you "baseline" your modem and purchase your wifi router to have access to advanced networking options that allow you to enable IPSEC. Alternatively, you can buy your modem and wifi router to access these features (which saves you money).
