I cannot connect to anything Microsoft when connected to Mediacom Internet. If I connect to my hotspot everything works. This started today at about 11am. I have restarted everything multipole times.

Same here. I am working from home currently and thus, I can not work.

I verified that Mediacom is the issue by switching to my phone hotspot and Microsoft apps started working fine; Who do we contact about this?

I called their number and the prerecorded message says they are having an issue with anything Microsoft and they are working on it. I also can't work (hotspot is very slow). Wait till kids get home and realize they can't play XBox! Mediacom might have a riot on their hands!
